A statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia for the judicial district in which the user's address is located, or if the user's address is outside of Australia, for any judicial district in which CCS may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with applicable copyright laws, CCS will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. If you believe that a user is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact us with information sufficient to verify the repeat infringement.

5. Modifications to Policy
CCS reserves the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of the CCS website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Copyright Policy.
