Return Policy

At Complete Civil Supplies, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Return Policy below for details on how to return your items.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The goods must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@completecivilsupplies.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if it meets our return policy criteria, will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items originally included. Ensure the original receipt or invoice is included in the package.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

4. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will send you the replacement item(s) once we receive and inspect your returned item(s).

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@completecivilsupplies.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
