Return Policy Effective Date: 5th July 2024 At Complete Civil Supplies, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The goods must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The goods must be in their original packaging. The goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You must provide the original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. 2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including: Perishable items Custom-made or personalized items Items that have been used or damaged after delivery 3. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@completecivilsupplies.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if it meets our return policy criteria, will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items originally included. Ensure the original receipt or invoice is included in the package. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). 4. Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. 5.
